Hello and welcome to Xtremely Clean! My name is Owen Pearce, and I am excited to share a bit about myself and my business.

Born and raised in Midwest Kansas, I've always had a passion for building service-based businesses and helping people feel good about their homes and themselves. I can remember when I was in grade school, my friend and I would look forward to snow days, not for a day off, but to grab our shovels and go door to door offering to clear our neighbors' driveways for a few dollars.

That same entrepreneurial drive continued through college, where over the course of six years, I cut hair for more than 300 students right out of my dorm room. I took pride in providing a professional, high-quality experience, even offering complimentary drinks with each haircut, because I wanted every person to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. Throughout college, I also competed in track and cross country, which taught me the value of dedication, discipline, and toughness. Balancing academics, athletics, and entrepreneurship showed me that true success comes from consistency and hard work. These qualities now guide everything I do in business.

After earning my master's degree in business from Lee University, I was blessed to marry my wife, Liza Pearce, and return to Kansas City to launch Xtremely Clean. I founded Xtremely Clean with a clear mission: to combine my love for exceptional service and blue-collar work with my desire to make people feel confident in themselves and their property.
