By accessing or using the Xtremely Clean LLC website (xtremelycleanwindows.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Xtremely Clean LLC provides professional window cleaning and holiday lighting services in the Kansas City Metro Area, including but not limited to:

• Exterior window cleaning
• Interior window cleaning
• Screen cleaning
• Track cleaning
• Skylight cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• Holiday lighting installation and removal

• All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed upon arrival
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Membership pricing is subject to the terms of your selected membership plan

• Membership plans are agreements for a set number of cleanings per year
• Membership discounts apply only to services included in your plan
• Memberships are non-transferable
• Cancellation of membership must be requested in writing with 30 days notice
• Unused cleanings from a membership period do not carry over to the next period unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control
• We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary

To ensure the best results, customers agree to:

• Ensure safe and clear access to all windows and areas to be serviced
• Remove fragile or valuable items from window sills and surrounding areas
• Secure pets prior to and during service
• Notify us of any known hazards on the property prior to service

We stand behind our 10/10 clean guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge
• Our guarantee covers workmanship only and does not apply to pre-existing damage or conditions

• Xtremely Clean LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, or surrounding areas
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• We carry general liability insurance — proof of insurance is available upon request

• Customers grant Xtremely Clean LLC permission to access the property for the purpose of providing the agreed services
• Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, faulty window mechanisms, or conditions outside our control

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
• Membership plans may be billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
• Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
